General terms and conditions for purchases at Jewellery by Märta Hillfon

2. Prices

All prices on the website are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (25%). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.

3. Payment

We offer payment via Klarna. With Klarna, you can choose from the following payment options:

  • Pay immediately with card or bank transfer
  • Pay within 30 days (invoice)
  • Installment payments

4. Delivery

We ship all orders via PostNord or DHL. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on availability and destination.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping within Sweden: 59 SEK
  • Free shipping on orders over 2,000 SEK

All jewellery is shipped in protective packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact us at kontakt@martahillfon.se and notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
  2. Return the item in its original packaging and in unchanged condition
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed
  4. Refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the return

The item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. Any decrease in value due to handling the item more than necessary may be deducted from the refund.

6. Complaints

According to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint about an item for up to three years if it is defective. A defect that appears within six months is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase unless otherwise proven.

To file a complaint, contact us at kontakt@martahillfon.se with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect
  • Photos of the defect if possible

We will investigate the matter and get back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.

8. Dispute Resolution
