Shipping

Delivery within Sweden

We ship all orders via PostNord. Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on your location in the country.

Free shipping on orders over 2,000 SEK

International Shipping

For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact us for shipping rates and delivery times. We ship to most countries within the EU.

Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package all the way home.

Returns

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item according to distance selling regulations. The jewellery must be returned in undamaged and unused condition, in its original packaging.

How to Make a Return

1.Contact us via email or the contact form to notify us that you wish to return your item.
2.Pack the jewellery securely in its original packaging.
3.Send the package to us using a trackable shipping method.
4.Refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the return.

Return Costs

For returns, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your jewellery for another product, please contact us. We are happy to help you find the right piece for you.

The same conditions apply for exchanges as for returns - the jewellery must be in undamaged and unused condition. Any price difference will be charged or refunded in connection with the exchange.
