Caught by the Sunrise

Broad bands of gold-plated brass curve into open hoops, their softly textured surface gathering warm light. Hand-finishing leaves faint traces of the making in each pair, so the metal glows rather than glitters. They rest against the lobe on a simple post, easy to wear from morning onwards.
